Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Snomi mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snomi ("we", "us", or "our").

Eligibility

To use Snomi, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

Parent/Guardian Consent: If you are between 13-17 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

No Account Required

Snomi does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address or password to use the App.

• Your learning data is stored locally on your device.
• Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, not to any Snomi account.
• Because there is no login, you are responsible for the device you use the App on.

Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
