Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the HeartPair mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HeartPair ("we", "us", or "our").

Eligibility

To use HeartPair, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

Parent/Guardian Consent: If you are between 13-17 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

Account Registration

Creating an Account

To use HeartPair, you must create an account using:

• Email and password, or
• Sign in with Apple

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
